Design only

The Otherworld Session

This is the whole vision, built on paper, so you can run with it. You bring me the half-formed idea in your head, the moodboard that doesn't quite exist yet, and I turn it into a full design you can actually build. You walk away knowing exactly what your wedding will look like and exactly how to make it real.

  • A full design concept built around your story, not a trend
  • A complete design board so you can see the whole world before it exists
  • A sourcing list with what to buy or rent and where, from linens and place settings to your ceremony backdrop, signage, and favors
  • A two-hour working session where we walk through all of it together
  • One round of changes so it feels exactly right

For you if you have the vision and the drive to build it yourself. This is the answer to "I can't find anyone who does my style," without needing the full package.

Day-of coordination

The Ground Crew

Your look is already handled. What you need is someone who makes sure none of it falls apart. This is me running your entire day so you get to actually be there for it, present with the people you love, instead of answering vendor questions and watching the clock.

  • A full timeline built with every vendor, down to the minute
  • A rehearsal run so everyone knows where to stand
  • Setup and teardown of your decor
  • Up to 10 hours on site, from the start of the day through the send-off
  • I become the point person, so nobody calls you with questions on your wedding day

For you if you have your design figured out and want to hand off the logistics. This is the answer to "I don't want to be working on my own wedding day."

Full design + coordination

The Fever Dream

This is the one. The full Ethereal world, designed from nothing and run from the front. You tell me the wedding you've been dreaming up, the one you've been afraid is too out-there, and I make it bigger, then I make it real, then I run the whole day so you never touch a single logistic. Your vision doesn't get watered down here. It gets turned all the way up, and then it gets protected by the person who dreamed it up with you.

  • A one-of-one design concept built around the two of you
  • A full design board and creative direction for the entire event
  • I source and style everything: linens, chairs, place settings, centerpieces, your ceremony backdrop, signage, favors, the whole world
  • A design walk-through so you watch it come together before the day
  • Up to 12 hours on site, designing, running, and fixing anything before it reaches you
  • Everything in The Ground Crew, so your design and your day are held by the same person

For you if you want a wedding that looks like nothing else in Colorado and you want me holding all of it. It stays yours, it never goes generic, and you're safe to be all of who you are while we build it.

Full event creative direction

The Full Descent

The whole event, planned and designed as one world, from the first idea to the last light going out. This is me as your creative director for all of it, the wedding and the weekend around it, so the entire experience feels like one strange, beautiful universe instead of a set of separate parties.

  • Vendor sourcing, booking support, and management, so the right people are building your world
